I’ve been reading online all about HillsongConf LA ending and being fabulous. I so wish I could have gone, but I was able go to a couple nighttime sessions of HillsongConf London while I was over there.

Strangely enough, right before I read all of the Hillsong LA posts, I looked through the notes on my phone. I keep sermon notes on there when I travel. I’ll even write down the jokes that the speaker says or funny things that happen.

So, these next days aren’t as interesting as they’ve been. We’re done with site visits and are just in class all day.

Day 27: I literally spent all day in lecture. After it finished, I went to Central London to see Dirty Dancing with Morgan. I’d never seen the movie, so it was interesting. I liked it though! The dancing was fabulous!

It had devil horns next to it on the menu meaning it was an “unhealthy” meal. Um, steak with butter? HOW IN THE WORLD IS THAT BAD?!

The field trip was to the RAF Museum, so that was cool. There were a lot of planes.

I thought today was going to be a boring day. Towards the end, it did get pretty awful, but the actual field trip part was really enjoyable. We went to the Royal Artillery Museum. I didn’t know what to expect, but the guide was funny. We started with an hour lecture on WWI, which was fascinating because I’ve never really learnt about WWI. After that, a man in a WWII kit talked to us about a few of the weapons and showed us a heavy gun (a cannon.) We fired a few blanks at the building next door and then the guide showed us the world’s oldest cannons and some newer ones.
